NES Health is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicholas Grillo, MD to Site Medical Director (SMD) at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Stafford, CT.
Dr. Grillo originally joined NES as an attending at Johnson Memorial Hospital in 2023. Since joining us and expressing an administrative interest he was mentored by our then Regional Medical Director, which enables him to bring a well-rounded array of clinical and practice management experience to his role. Prior to joining NES, Dr. Grillo served as an ED attending at Maine General in Augusta, ME. He completed his Emergency Medicine Fellowship at Maine General and completed his residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Utica, New York. Dr. Grillo is ABFM and ABPS in Emergency Medicine boarded.
