With 20 years of clinical recruitment and recruitment leadership experience, David has a proven track record as a successful leader and has served in many leadership roles.  He oversees NES Health’s Clinical Recruitment and Credentialing functions. He identifies staffing needs and directs the workflow of both while working together with operations to achieve standardization of processes, improved efficiencies, and scalable processes.

 

Prior to joining NES Health, David led Alteon Health’s Clinical Recruitment Department, as National Director of Clinical Recruitment.  He also led its in-house locum tenens agency, Smart Physician Recruiting, overseeing all services within Smart, including account management, recruiting, scheduling, credentialing, travel coordination, and AR/AP. David’s prior experience includes serving as the Leader of the Clinical Recruitment team with Emergency Medicine Associates, P.A., P.C. (EMA).
