Congratulations to Kim Boyd for being named as the August 2024 NES Employee Spotlight! Kim serves as a the IT and Billing Systems Manager.
Here’s a bit about Kim in her own words:
“I am the IT & Billing Systems Manager. I am responsible for GE billing system upkeep, Athena (new group, facility, fee schedules, etc.) additions, month end reporting to Finance, Case Log reporting, and lots of other things. I love what I do and the people I work with. I’ve been with the company half my life, no need to change now.
My husband and I live in the small town of Catlettsburg, KY, along with our three German Shepherds. We have a wonderful son (26) next door, and he loves to cook (bonus!). I’m a member of multiple Jeep groups and enjoy doing benefit rides to support Veterans, kids, and animal rescues. We spend a lot of time driving on the back roads just enjoying the scenery.
My favorite part of the job is being able to have some laughs while getting the work taken care of. It makes the day better! Likewise, I always advise everyone to take time for yourself. We all need “me time”!”
