NES Health is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice at Alliance Health Durant in Durant, Oklahoma.

About the Hospital

• 138 Bed Community Hospital, a part of the Alliance Health network.
• Utilizes GE RIS EMR system.
• A teaching hospital with Family Medicine residents.

Coverage Areas Include

• Radiology
• Pediatrics
• Psychiatry
• Anesthesiology
• Cardiology
• An 8-bed ICU and a 12-bed PCU.

Program Details and Operational Hours

• 21 Bed Emergency Department (ED) with 26,200 annual visits.
• 19% admission rate from ED.
• Offers both 12-hour Physician shifts (8a-8p, 8p-8a) and APP Shifts (8a-8p, 1p-1a).

Candidate Qualifications 

• Active Oklahoma license or the ability to attain an unrestricted state license.
• Candidates must be BE/BC PA or FNP.
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications required.
• Candidates must live in or relocate to Oklahoma or be within a 4-hour drive.
