Our physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners work to live not live to work.  We contract with our clinicians as either Independent Contractors or Employees. Our practices listen to their clinicians and develop clinician prefered shift lengths and schedules which allows our clinicians to have time with their family, hobbies, travel and exercise.  

Our practice offer the ideal size of practice which is supported by collaborative colleagues, the appropriate level of autonomy and patients per hour or daility patient encounters.

All clinicians receive claims made malpractice insurance with tail coverage and free access to both UpToDate and a vast CME library. 

Our full-time employed clinicians receive health, dental, vision, life, dismemberment, short-time disability and long-term disability insurance.  They also receive Paid Time Off and Paid Time Off.

Where applicable, our practices offer a signing bonus, relocation expense reimbursement, and travel and lodging reimbursment.

We develop and manage our practices to ensure our physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners have access to electronic records system, efficient charting processes, and have balanced patient time versus administrative task time and state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.  Select practices offer scribe services.
